Discover how modern cellar technology preserves flavour while removing alcohol. Learn about dealcoholisation methods and the future of this growing trend.<\/p>\n<p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">The tasting is accompanied by a hearty platter of regional specialities \u2013 perfect for conversation, tasting and discovering something new.<\/p>\n<p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">The wines come from various member wineries of the <strong>Wein vom Roten Hang e.V.<\/strong>association. Our host is Weingut <strong>Fischborn-Bergeshof<\/strong> in Dexheim.
