A special evening for curious wine lovers: under the theme Dry January, the Roter Hang winegrowers invite you to taste dealcoholised wines, Seccos and fine grape juices. Discover how modern cellar technology preserves flavour while removing alcohol. Learn about dealcoholisation methods and the future of this growing trend.

The tasting is accompanied by a hearty platter of regional specialities – perfect for conversation, tasting and discovering something new.

The wines come from various member wineries of the Wein vom Roten Hang e.V.association. Our host is Weingut Fischborn-Bergeshof in Dexheim. Ticket sales begin before Christmas 2025, but you can already register by email: info@roter-hang.de
