The Roter Hang is our home. Our roots run deep here. We owe everything we are to this extraordinary geological formation.

Pettenthal, Ölberg, Brudersberg, Hipping and Orbel: no other winery has such a broad range of vineyard sites on the Roter Hang. We are very proud of this, because origin is the key to a truly distinctive wine. In the cellar, we work gently and with minimal intervention to express the character of each individual plot. Our wines ferment spontaneously and are given all the time they need to reach their full potential. They are unique from the ground up!
